Breakfast Sausage – Maple
Enjoy quality heritage Alberta-raised pork in a maple breakfast sausage. Ossabaw Island Hog pork is a traditional heritage breed that is full of flavour. Our breakfast sausages are GLUTEN-FREE. Our pigs are raised outdoors with access to pastures to forage and root. They are fed a custom feed designed for Ossabaw Island Hogs; as always, our feed is soy—and corn-free, sourced with local grains whenever possible.
Our pigs are processed at a local, provincially (Alberta) inspected abattoir, which allows us to offer you the best cuts and custom choices of Ossabaw Island Hog pork.

For individual package orders, please fill out the ORDER FORM. Bulk boxes are available in 5-pound, 10-pound, 15-pound, and 20-pound boxes filled with vacuum packages containing ten sausages per package. Please let us know if you have any allergy concerns. All products are gluten-free.
