Are you looking for a variety of cuts in smaller quantities? You’re in the right place! This form shows our available cuts of each heritage breed we raise. Each cut of heritage lamb is cryovaced in plastic for long-term storage and frozen. Each cut is available by the package. Fill out the ORDER FORM, and we will contact you to review your order.

Our sheep are processed at a local, provincially (Alberta) inspected abattoir. In doing so, we can offer you the best cuts and custom choices of heritage lamb in various breeds.

How do the animals live?

Hogs & Horns Homestead raises all of our animals’ hormone and is steroid-free. In doing so, we can raise them in an outdoor pasture setting, which allows them to live a stress-free life with plenty of exercise, fresh air, sunshine, and the ability to forage.
